We recently sold our home at 405 Crestwood Drive in Newport through the Realty World team of Jerry and Judy Ferguson. We would like to share with you the outstanding professional service we received from these two dedicated individuals.

When we made the decision to sell our home, we were first impressed with the prompt response we received from Jerry and Judy to offer an in-home appointment for a free market analysis of our property. Being unfamiliar with the current real estate market in our area, we especially appreciated the effort Jerry and Judy made to help us feel comfortable with our decision to list our property. Without obligation or pressure to list our home with them, Jerry and Judy supplied us with multiple comparisons of real estate similar to ours and gave us honest and sensible recommendations as to how to market our home.

Once we listed our property with Jerry and Judy, they immediately went to work on marketing our property. Within days, they had printed a flyer to put in the box attached to our "For Sale" sign that included both information about our home and beautiful color photographs of the inside and outside of the home. Within a week, Judy advertised and hosted an "Open House" in our home. Because of the concentrated marketing efforts by Jerry and Judy on our behalf, we obtained a contract on our house shortly after listing the property. The price we received for our property was well within the range Jerry and Judy advised our home would sell for.

While we all are disappointed in the current market, we are nothing but grateful for Judy's efforts on our behalf.  We've bought and sold a few houses, and have never received the level of service that Judy has provided.  A few open houses were expected, and listings in magazines, but not the numerous Saturdays and Sundays she's spent hosting at our home, nor the luncheons, nor listings in other periodicals.

And especially, we deeply appreciate the personal touches, since we're now three hours away.  She has kept a close eye on the home, and has advised and assisted on several changes and upgrades, even selecting paint colors, carpet, and service folks.  Then she even assisted further by making certain that the work was performed correctly.

Y'all have kept us informed on prospects, and neighborhood issues, and real estate activities in the area, which has assuaged many of our worries.
